HVAC preventative maintenance might be the most important action for property owners to undertake to ensure that a building’s heating and cooling systems operate at optimal levels and for the longest duration possible. Preventative maintenance is looking, testing, cleaning and confirming that an HVAC system is operating properly. It's also used to identify potential issues for the future and allowing them to be addressed on a convenient timeline.
