''Between 2015-2018 I was working as HVAC technician for a local company. My job included repairs and installation of furnaces, air conditioners and ventilation ductwork for residential and some commercial clients. During these years I noticed that most households had their HVAC equipment greatly oversized and improperly installed which contributed to premature failure of that equipment and increased utility bills for the homeowners. Another pretty common problem was IAQ (indoor air quality) which caused excessive humidity, biological growth, temperature imbalance, etc. inside the building.
