Which AC brands do you repair?
We repair all major brands, including Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Daikin, Rheem, Ruud, Bryant, American Standard, Armstrong Air, Ducane and Payne, and most other makes and models.
Why is my AC blowing warm air?
Common causes are a failed capacitor, a dirty or frozen coil, low refrigerant from a leak, or a tripped breaker. A clogged filter can also choke airflow. Check the filter and breaker first, then call us if it's still warm.
Why is water leaking near my furnace?
In summer, that's usually the AC's condensate drain or pump. When it clogs, water backs up and overflows. We clear the drain, check the pump and make sure it doesn't happen again.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
If your AC is newer and the repair is minor, repairing usually makes sense. If it's older, uses an outdated refrigerant like R-22, or needs a major part like a compressor, replacement can save money over time. We'll walk you through both options honestly.
